ACTIVITES ALONG THE OCEANSHORE
There are a variety of different activities to tempt any tropical adventurer.Guests will have access to world class scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing charters, spearfishing, and a number of cultural experiences.
ISLAND BEACH VISIT
Nananu-I-Ra Island is just a short boat ride away with untouched white sand beaches to explore.Take your own picnic, experience the crystal clear waters and colourful reef life just off the shore.
FIJI'S CENTRE FOR KITE BOARDING
We are located 500 metres from the famous Kite Point. So if kite boarding or wind surfing is your thing, you can take off right from our beach.
EXPERIENCE THE CULTURE
Visit neighbouring villages with a local guide. Engage in a traditional kava ceremony, be treated to traditional music and dance and even taste the local food. Visit Rakiraki Town and the local produce markets.
DIVING & SNORKELLING
Dive and snorkel the the world famous Bligh Water in the ‘soft coral capital of the world’. An abundance of fish life as well as soft and hard corals. Great visibility and moderate warm water temperature year round.Diving and snorkeling available for all levels, including SSI or PADI certification with local resorts.
Nabalasere Waterfall & Village Experience
Venture inland for a true Fijian experience. Visit a local village and be greeted with a warm cultural welcoming. Hike through the tropical rainforest with local guides to the stunning Nabalasere waterfall.Take a walk behind the fall and swim in the refreshing water. After the return hike will be a kava ceremony followed by a traditional Fijian lunch cooked by the ladies of the village.A great day out to explore the landscape of Fiji and engage in the local culture!
WALKS ON NANANU-I-RA ISLAND
This pocket-sized island is on the itinerary for most of our guests, and walking tracks across the inland hills offer a good chance to stretch your legs. Take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding islands and back to the mainland.Walks around Nananu-I-Ra Island will take you from one white sand beach to the next.
FIJI FROM THE ROOFTOP
Explore the interior of Fiji by hiking nearby rivers and hills. You will find ample swimming holes for a refreshing swim. For the real adventurer hike to the top of Mt Tomanivi, Fiji's highest peak.
